I am able to work with children. It is not an easy way because children have different characters and behaviors. Moreover, I am ready to deal with any kind of behavior. I have the knowledge and aptitude to find the best solution for them. I know I am the tool to children build a strong self-esteem in their lives. Children are like a sponge who absorb everything that I teach them. I like children naturalness and innocence how they say what they think. I can use activity plans that help children to learn in an easy way without feeling bore when they do an activity. Children learn better when they play. I know children use math in their daily life. Another is why they need to pay attention how to have a healthy body. I need to explain and demonstrate with an example why it is important to take care of our body. Our body is the motor who move us forward. We need to take of our bodies to prevent disease and stay healthy. I need to use the right words everytime to children understand what I ask. After, I do the activities with the children. I use the areas such as block area, science, etc. to reinforce the knowledge that children get with the activities. I know children need to reinforce the what they learn with other activities that measure the same objective. Then, children will able to use what they learn in their daily life. Moreover, I put close attention that the activities are appropriate to the development of the children. I use eye level contact because children need to feel comfortable when they talk with me. I am the person who is with them part time, then children need to feel that I am part of their family. I try to use more encouragement than praise because encouragement helps children to feel more confident with themselves and with the activities they
