On 06/23/16‚ at 7:30pm‚ I was dispatched to 4822 E Livingston Ave on two dogs at large‚ no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by the complainant. The complainant stated that there were two dogs in her neighbor’s back yard and that do not belong to her neighbor. I went into the backyard and was able to get a tan/white and black /white jack terrier to approach me with doggie treats.
