Reflection Questions
1. In at least one paragraph, which career category did your survey responses reveal? Discuss whether you agree or disagree with the results of the survey and why. Investigative and Social. I agree because I’ve always had an instinctive nature.
2. In at least one paragraph, which of these two career paths is more interesting to you? In your response, be sure to address the following:
The social category fits me better, I feel, because I’ve always loved the idea of helping others and working with children. After I start teaching, I will be the fifth generation of women in my family to be a teacher. I’ve never really strayed away from the idea of becoming a teacher some day.
3. In at least one paragraph, how do the potential costs and benefits of each career path affect your choice?
I know what it is I’d like to do after college, and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make it work. Cost and benefits aside, I’m willing to work as hard as needed to make the difference I was made to in this world.
