Introduction
Higher education in Malaysia is becoming more important and aim to be the regional education hub. * According to Koh (2003) stated that the Malaysian tertiary education has to be relevant and competitive in order to attract more students locally and international. * In its effort to become the regional education hub, Malaysia must look at the country that has long made education its national industry-United Kingdom. Its variety and availability combined with its quality of education has made it attractive to potential students worldwide. (Mohd Taib, Nik Rahila, Sharimllah, Anisah & Mohd Shamsuri, 2009)
