Content analysis using yoshikoder
An example using transcripts of prime minister narendra modi address to united nation assembly.
Using yoshikodhttp://www.yoshikoder.org go to sourceforge page and choose latest version er software
Can be donloaded for free fron this website: click save file yoshikoder0.6.4.exe step1 go to the document link add document browse to wher file is and open it the document should ne in plain ascii text format so copy the document in notepad in simple .txt format we can see that yoshikoder brought the document overhere in central panel.
Step2
Go to report count words current document
Spread sheet appears which shows frequency of each words in the documentwe can here define our preferences of looking the words in most frequent or less frequent by double clicking the subtitle tabs
.it also shows the proportion
You can select the whole data copy it and paste it over excel sheet as well
Step3
Come to dictionary pane
Right click on untitled heading and tell the yoshi koder to add the category that may be a word
Rt click on the category just created and add new patern and type the word you are looking for accompanied with wild character asterisk(*).it finds all the patterns like worlds,worldly…etc
Repeat this step as per your requirements
Step4:
Selevt the category you need to analuse
Come to reports
Rt click apply dictionarycurrent document and get dictionary report that counts up all the patterns and words matching the keyword here :”peace”
Tells me ther are 12 of them.
