A Memorable Childhood Experience
A Memorable Childhood Experience The most memorable childhood experience I have recalled is when I was nine years old. I grew up with my mom, dad, and five brothers. Being the only daughter, I was more like a tomboy.
One day my dad was getting ready for work, he told my younger brother and me, to do our homework and chores before going outdoors to play. As my dad left the house, my younger brother and I decided not to do our homework and chores, but instead go out doors to play.
My dad friend had one of the new buses, so my brother and I decided to go for a ride on the bus. While on the bus, we saw our dad at the taxi stand, we taught he had already caught a taxi for work.
My brother jumped out the bus, I decided not to, so I told the bus driver to let me off at the taxi stand.my dad saw me, asked why I’m not at home doing my chores. I had no response. My brother was crying out, he was in pain. My dad and I, walk up to my brother to assist him. Dad was very angry, because my brother jumped out the bus, and we both did not do our chores.
My dad took both of us to the hospital. We spent at least four hours at the emergency room. My brother injuries resulted in a broken hand.
As we all left the hospital, my dad took us to our favorite restaurant, and then he told us the importance of listening, because my brother has a broken hand. From that day, I always have the memory of my brother jumping out the bus.
