Abstract
Marry is one of the most important thing in one’s life. A wonderful marriage ceremony can give people a deep impression and fantastic memory. How people have a wonderful marriage ceremony with limited budget is the primary question to most family. How long people should prepare for the marriage and how to distribute time to different activities is very confused to many new couples. This paper is my imaginary marriage in the future. It details a project vision, goals and scope, including when, where, who and what. A detailed work breakdown structure provides the activities. A project network is constructed which identifies the critical path. Recommendations are offered to potential risk and make sure the project is completed on time with scope and budget.
