A Man Only Get What He Strive for
That man can have nothing but what he strives for;

(The Star)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. By the Star when it goes down -Your Companion is neither astray nor being misled, Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) Desire. It is no less than inspiration sent down to him: He was taught by one mighty in Power, Endued with Wisdom: For he appeared (in stately form) While he was in the highest part of the horizon: Then he approached and came closer, And was at a distance of but two bow-lengths or (even) nearer;

10. So did (Allah) convey the inspiration to His Servant -- (conveyed) what He (meant) to convey. 11. The (Prophet's) (mind and) heart in no way falsified that which he saw. 12. Will ye then dispute with him concerning what he saw? 13. For indeed he saw him at a second descent. 14. Near the Lote-tree beyond which none may pass: 15. Near it is the Garden of Abode. 16. Behold, the Lote-tree was shrouded (in mystery unspeakable!) 17. (His) sight never swerved, nor did it go wrong! 18. For truly did he see, of the Signs of his Lord, the Greatest! 19. Have ye seen Lat, an Uzza, 20. And another, the third (goddess), Manat? 21. What! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female? 22. Behold, such would be indeed a division most unfair! 23. These are nothing but names which ye have devised -- ye and your fathers -- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire! -- even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord! 24. Nay, shall man have (just) anything he hankers after? 25. But it is to Allah that the End and the Beginning (of all things) belong.

26. How many so ever be the angels in the heavens, their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him. 27. Those who believe not in the Hereafter, name the angels with female names. 28. But they have no

    some of those thoughts can have some truth to them some may be clouded or misled. Some of those people's judgements can be swayed depending on the amount of reputation a certain place has or the reputation that a very influential person has given it. In “The Very Old Man With Enormous wings” The priest, Father Gonzaga, makes no statement, whether it is an angel or not. The father reminds the town folk “that the devil had a bad habit of making use of carnival tricks to confuse the unwary… that wings were not an essential element… in the recognition of angels”(Marquez 2). This means that they should be careful where or in what they put their faith in. It later states that “his prudence fell on sterile hearts,” which means that they no longer have a regard for what he says. This is because of the preset image of what an angel is supposed to look like, a human body form with large wings. They see this thing that look like what they envision an angel to be and won't hear out the outer…

    Angels are many times presented as being dressed in white flowing robes with halos and wings. They are usually depicted with long flowing hair and surrounded by bright white light. It is not unusual to see angels presented in movies, television and literature as taking human form and assisting people by performing various supernatural acts, such as flying or performing miracles. Angels are almost always presented as good and peaceful beings having been sent by God to assist humankind. These representations many times do not agree with scripture, but the overwhelming popularity of angels in our culture is undeniable.…

    1. Origin – Those who believe in the biblical/Christian Worldview, see God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as one entity. All of the things that we see were made out of nothing (ex nihilo) in six days. On day one God said let there be light and then divided the light and darkness. On day two God created Heaven (a firmament) and separated the waters under Heaven from the waters above. Next, God created Earth, the seas, and plant life on day three. On day four the sun, moon, and stars were created to give light upon the earth. On day five God made the whales and other creatures of the sea and birds and blessed them to be abundant. On day six cattle beasts and creatures of earth were created. Finally, man was created in the image of God, male and female. Then on day seven God rested. (Gen. 1-2) (Isaiah 45:12) 151…

    Many people have different perspectives about who can have the balance between their houses and jobs. In “Why Women Still Can’t Have It All,” Anne-Marie Slaughter makes a point in her essay which is that women cannot have it all. However, in “Why Men Still Can’t Have It All,” Richard Dorment responds to her essay with a different opinion saying that men cannot have it all, and he makes arguments to prove his opinion. To understand his opinion, we are going to look at his points, how did he make the points, and my opinion on his arguments.…
