Zheng He's 7 Voyages
Zheng He was a Chinese Muslim Admiral he led 7 voyages. He sailed from places in Southeast Asia to places in East Africa. Zheng He had about 40-300 ships each voyage. The size of his fleet was spectacular. The types of ships he had included fighting ships, storage ships, and massive "treasure ships" which were over 400 feet long. The ships these men traveled on were humongous. Some were as big as football fields and would crush Christopher Columbus's Santa Maria. In addition to the large ships he had massive crews.
