Title: Filipino Youth
I. Introduction:
A. Introductory Statement:
The Filipino youth of today struggles with the problems they are now facing our society.
B. Thesis Statement:
The problems of the youth can be avoided if they will be given proper guidance, good education and good community.
II. Body:
A. First Supporting Details (Topic Sentence)
Filipino Youth today are more engage into technology.
1. They prefer virtual interaction like text messaging, e-mail, Internet chat, and surfing rather than personal interaction.
2. Because of socializing on internet, children are more prone to cyber bullying.
3. The outcome is not generational; it is more like a popular trend as Filipinos of all ages have easy access through cellular phones and internet cafes.
B. Second Supporting Details (Topic Sentence)
Young man and women are involved in numerous crimes.
1. Their mind is not matured enough to know what’s right or wrong.
2. They got family problems and financial problems.
3. Their actions are based on their current moods or trips.
C. Third Supporting Details (Topic Sentence)
Finally, major reasons why teens are so committed in social media
1. Parents are unaware of the issues involved in the online connections.
2. Parents don’t want to interfere in their children’s social lives.
3. Parents are afraid to take a stand that might hurt their children.
III. Concluding Statement
A. Closing statement: Helping the youth is helping the country to have a good future.
B. Restatement of the Thesis Statement:
The problems of the youth are also a big matter in the development of our country and preventing them is a must.
