EXPLANATION ON YOUTH POWER
The young have power because life has not given them a kick yet; they are confident. They tend to take a black and white view of the world, no shades of gray, so they will be more passionate and fight more strongly for things that they believe in. They do not have too many ties and responsibilities. So they can do the things they want to do without having to worry much about upsetting the boss or paying loans and etc. When they have a job, the lack of responsibilities means they can now spend more of their cash how ever they like; having gained economic power.
