The song that I picked is called “Young, Wild, And Free” By A rap Artist named Wiz Khalifa. Wiz Khalifa started out as an underground rap artist originally from Pittsburgh. A few years later he blew up and hit the mainstream rap game. Wiz is known for his care free lifestyle, usually has weird hairstyles and his body is covered in tattoos from head to toe. He raps about his heavy use of marijuana, chasing women, and living a fast life. His “Young, Wild, And Free” Song is how my Attitude toward life is right now. The way I interpret the song is about living your life the way you want too. The chorus of the song goes “So what we get drunk, So what we smoke weed, We’re just having fun, We don’t care who sees, So what we go out, That’s how it's supposed to be, Living young and wild and free.” In today’s Society I feel like people are always judgmental, especially toward to younger generation. My own personal experience is when I got a couple of tattoos; people told me that I would never get a job. Which is untrue a lot of successful people have tattoos and piercings. I feel as if you can never let other individuals hold you back from how you live your life. You’re going to miss out on great opportunities that will come your way. That’s what I am laid back I don’t let the little things bother me, and I don’t care what other people think of me.
