Ymca Case Study
Overall, the larger did well on planning for the YMCA event. I felt everyone was participating and planning with the team. During class when we sit together as the group for YMCA, I saw the group getting into discussion about ideas for the event. I saw groups going up to TAs and the professor talking to them for advices and getting their questions answered about the event. It shows that the team is willing to be prepared and know what they expect during the event. At the event, the team was well prepared, they brought the materials that they need and everything went smoothly like they planned. Every stations were ready, the art and craft stations where they made flowers and pledges brought extra materials so there will be plenty enough for
