Some ways to slow it down is to encourage the person in your care to participate in activities. Alzheimer's can't really be slowed its just an idea for the person to be happy and to have interactions with other people. Scientists may never find a cure for Alzheimer's, but miracles can happen and they happen unexpectedly. First, Alzheimer's has been occurring for many years now and there still isn't a cure , it can only be “slowed”. Second, experts know the cause of Alzheimer's but they can't do anything about it except have clinical trials to find a cure , all they can do is be cared for . Lastly, Alzheimer's is a condition that comes from the brain , which causes them to forget about their life and family members. The only way for a person to remember everything that happened during their entire life is to be reminded everyday of all the amazing things they did throughout their life. Finally, hopefully in the near future people will be saved from this awful disease that’s been taking so many lives away from loved
