Write A Literary Analysis Of Miss Strangeworth
Miss Strangeworth used to greet everyone she sees in her town. She goes to the store and speaks with a guy named Mr. Lewis and disagrees of parenting. The Setting is at a Street named Pleasant, North America in the 1990s.The Theme in this story: the effects of a two-faced person. One person can effect an entire community. You may think you are doing a good deed to someone , when it could be a harm in their eyes. Miss Starangeworth thinks that she is the owner of the town since her family had lived there for long time. Miss Straneworth feels bad to others. She looked like a sweet old woman, when she really is rude 70 year old woman who wears hats and weird looking shirts.
It is the main character vs. herself. Miss Strangeworth thought that it is her job to protect the town from evil, she had to fight and protect the town from it. She writes letters with abusive words in a bad handwriting to neighbors that she thought they needed her help. Ms.Strangeworth was spreading rumors and some really bad words to people, which destroyed the trust between them because of her letters. It was a method to destroy the town. She believed she was preventing and blocking everyone from evil in the town, when really; she was the one creating it. She was planning for something to take revenge of someone or she just doesn’t want to help people so she went with this method.
