Working As A Group Case Study
Working as a group can be challenging and sometimes frustrating. Some group members may have more knowledge or experience in the field that is being analyzed. Every individual will have their own opinions, beliefs, and ethics. The purpose of this paper is to define my personal reflection on participating in a group case study of Locus of Control, and my beliefs, likes and dislikes of working in a group. I will also present my review on another group’s case study presentation.
My personal role in solving the Locus of Control in the reviewed case study consisted of; respecting my group member’s opinions and beliefs, effective listening, being open to accepting that other member may have more experienced, adding my opinion of the study, and
