Why we should be able to doodle in class
Persuasive Essay Why we should be able to doodle in class.

I think we should be able to doodle in class. Teacher are here so they can teach and guide us, and most teachers are always ranting on about stuff that we need to remember, and to tell you the truth its sometimes really boring.
One reason we should be able to doodle is it actually helps you remember more, and what teacher doesn’t want that? For example 10 people were asked to listen to a long phone call, and five were asked to doodle while they listen, while the other five were just asked to listen, and it turns out the doodlers remembered more than the non doodlers.
Another thing teachers don't like is when you daydream while they are talking , but when you doodle you don't actually daydream because it forces your brain to use just enough energy to keep you from daydreaming. You also still pay attention while you doodle, so I don't see why teachers complain.
You can even tell a little bit about a person by what they doodle. What's great about that is that its a creative way to express yourself using only a small space like the margin of your paper while still being alert.
Doodling is also great because it stimulates your brain, like when you doodle you're not bored out of your mind thinking about other stuff, also your thinking just enough but not totally.
Certain teachers might say it's rude to doodle while someones talking, but honestly thats the only bad thing about it. Who can argue with doodling when its scientifically proven to help you remember more. So would you rather have us looking at you with our eyes glazed over, or looking down at our paper doodling, but remembering more, you decide.
