Why RIT Dubai?
Enrollment into a university is a huge turning point in one’s life and could have a massive impact on a person’s life. A University or a College forges the student’s occupation for the rest of his or her career life therefore, it is not an easy decision to make and this decision should not be made carelessly. There are thousands of colleges and universities across the world, so why would you choose RIT Dubai over all of them? I will not try to persuade you but rather, I will note facts and go into detail about them to give you an idea on what enrollment to RIT Dubai will bring you.

So far RIT Dubai has one multipurpose court that includes tennis, basketball, and volleyball equipment. The sports facilities also include a gym with equipment donated from the main campus. Hopefully, as the university expands more facilities would be provided such as a more specialized courts and better gym equipment. RIT Dubai offers around 10 ECA’s and clubs but in my opinion there is room for improvement as most of these are directed towards a specific group of students such as gamers or musicians and doesn’t offer anything that would appeal to a more general audience however, if you have interest in such activities it would be a great social experience and I would strongly recommend attending these clubs. “Dubai is a true melting pot of cultures, ideas and people. Students and faculty at RIT Dubai come together from all different backgrounds, but despite their differences they form a strong diverse community. The global expansion of our campus and the progressive mindset of our university makes me proud to be an RIT Tiger." – Maddie Burke (RIT Dubai website) This quote truly describes the atmosphere in RIT Dubai where tens of cultures come to one place for a single purpose. Students in RIT Dubai are friendly are welcoming of everybody no matter what your cultural background is, which gives the students a warm welcoming feeling upon joining RIT Dubai. When not in lesson students could go to the student lounge or the student club, where they could interact with other students and participate in minor activities such as ping pong, billiards, video games, or simply sit down to talk with friends and fellow students.
