Why Protein Powder Is Bad
Protein powder is bad because it contained a lot of additive, sugar and too much protein. Although natural protein provide immune system defense for the body and also contain antioxidant components, however, that does not mean that protein shake or protein powder has the same function as the natural protein. As time goes by, protein powder has become essential for muscle builder to consume. People drink protein shakes or take pills while they are working out or after performing intense exercise. Protein powder helps to build stronger body and muscle along with a distinct body shape in a short period for sure, but taking too much of those may cause people death, or other diseases, even they stop taking it.

There have lots of different kind of protein merchandises such as protein bar, protein powder, protein pill that had lots of levels with it and protein food, all of these can be neither bad nor good for our body. For the good side, protein is a good production of muscles, it can also manufacture enzymes, nucleic acids, hormones, immune-system components and hormones. The answer is no, because all the protein merchandises are just a supplement, so it can aid, but not replace on anything.
