Why I Want To Take My E-Course
Thank you for taking my e-course.
For this course you will need the following:
1. A journal or notebook keep track of your assignments, thoughts and whatever you glean from this course.
2. Your bible I will be revealing some truths from the Living Word about you.
3. An open spirit, I am praying that during this course the Holy Spirit will reveal truth to you about how He thinks about you. I believe He will reveal new truths to you, and also a new mindset.

Day One

Today I am going to share with you about finding your Why. You will want to have your journal handy for today’s assignment. If you don’t have one, make sure you go

What do I mean by finding your why? Your WHY is what drives you; it is what gets you out of bed every morning, it is all the reasons you do the things you do. However, it is

Write down your goal, (example: the amount of weight you would like to SHED. (I don’t use the words lose weight, you want to shed weight, our subconscious doesn’t like to lose things, not even weight.)
Next write down what it would MEAN to you to have those things. How will it change your life? Again, be specific. Write whatever comes to mind - don't control your thoughts, just let your mind go with the process. Example: I want to shed weight so I can go to Disneyland with my kids and fit on the roller coaster.)
Once you write down your whys, go back and drill down into each one by asking why.
• Keeping asking until you get down to the real root of your why. Without doing this you will not find your true why. You need that true why because it will be the spark that drives you to higher success and cause you to be the very best you can.
From your "thoughts on paper" you have your why - your reason to get what you want and what it will do for your life. Focus on that often - nurture it, treasure it. It is your reason for striving for a better
