Arming teachers is a very tough topic to talk about. The first documentary that we watched showed a school that teaches students how to react in a shooting situation, and also arms teachers. I believe that this school is going a little overboard with arming the teachers. The program to train children in self defense is a good idea though. I'm not saying that we should constantly live in fear of a school shooting, but defense training would be a good workshop to do with students.
