Why Athletes Use Anabolic Steroids
The strongest side of this argument is that many athletes use these substances because in professionalism, it is very difficult to have consistency every day since having so little rest, the body gets tired and the performance of that player can go down considerably and to avoid this, the player begins to use these substances to improve his performance and to be able to withstand the trainings and play better in every game.
Athletes may have several reasons for using performance-enhancing drugs. An athlete may want to: build mass and strength of muscles and/or bones; increase delivery of oxygen to exercising tissues; mask pain; stimulate the body; relax; reduce weight or hide the use of other drugs. Athletes use anabolic steroids because they increase muscle strength by encouraging new muscle growth. They allow the athlete to train harder and longer at any given period. However, there is no coherent argument to support the view that enhancing performance is unfair; if it were, we would ban coaching and training. Competition can be unfair if there is unequal access to particular enhancements, but equal access can be achieved more predictably by deregulation than by prohibition.

These reasons are very relevant since they are the reasons why the athletes use it and seeing it from their point of view, there is nothing wrong since these substances will help them to improve and become a better player to play the sport they love. However, I think that this information is very accurate to see more clearly why these athletes use these substances and I could dare to say that I do not blame them for this since I also play sports and it is frustrating to be stagnant and being unable to improve in the sport that you
