who am I
Who am I? I am just a normal junior high school student who is working hard to chase my dreams. This dream is a mist to me before, but, now, it is concrete because of everyone around me. The dream is to spend my life for the sake of my love ones who I can never repay.
One of the most important people who influence my life and makes me me today is my brother. No matter when I got into troubles or seem to get into one, he has always been there to help me. He gets really strict with my homework and my grades more than my parents do. I remember when I was in kindergarten till grade 2 my brother would always search my school bag and read the homework book. He would then took out my homework and teach it to me. If there are some questions that he couldn’t do it too, he would keep it and ask mum later. After he left for England, I became very lazy and hardly did any homework at all. I got scolded by him through phone many times about it too. He has always been a very good brother to me and has taken care of me. That is why he is my role model and I love him the most. He is very important to me. Next are father and mother who are very supportive and always push me to do better. At first, I couldn’t see their intension and opposed them because of my natural laziness, but I understand them now and doing my best to make them proud.
In the past I have done many bad things to ones who care about me. It’s like I’ve been pushing myself away from people by reading books and blocked myself from my parents by staying in my bedroom, locking the door, listening to music and don’t care about anything outside at all. The only person who I would really have a long conversation and felt happy to be with is my brother. So, about 3 years ago, my bedroom is my favorite place. Until not long my favorite place apart from my bedroom and a book store is school.
It all changed when I met my best friend who is the third person I love the most. She accepted me for who

In high school, I had taken a few business-oriented classes because I had felt like the business field best fit me. Considering the fact that the economy is not in great shape, there are not many jobs being offered at this time. I had also found myself wondering weather or not working behind a desk right for me. My father, a pharmaceutical representative, taught me to work hard at everything I do which has benefitted me throughout my academic career. If I ever hit a blockade and wanted to give up, he would always say, “You have to finish what you started.” During freshman year, I took Pre-AP Geometry which was a challenging course to me, and after my first test I thought I wasn’t going to pass the class. However, instead of giving up in the class and dropping out to an easier class, I worked harder and studied more. At the end of the year, I passed the class with an A. This work ethic has allowed me to succeed more than fail in life. My mother, a realtor, infused in me values and a curiosity of life. Another thing he did that greatly influenced me, is he teached me how to do things that we weren't even learning in class yet, which meant when we did learn it in class I already knew how to do it…

I would not have been able to enjoy nearly the amount of academic success I have experienced were it not for the work of my parents, and the many educators who supported me along the way.
