comfortable blanket wrapped around me with a fake fireplace “burning” the logs on my large television. I turned on my kindle to listen to a great radio show called Adventures in Oydssey, (http://www.whitsend.org). There many episodes that with many characters that
do scenarios. After the show, there is a summary on how we as Christians can relate to this
particular episode and there is a reference to a particular verse in the bible. This particular
episode is called “Welcoming Wooten.” The theme or subtitle is about being fired from the job.
There two main characters that are named “Whit,” the owner of the store. Just a side …show more content…
Finally summation of the episode has “Whit” resolved this great conflict with the greatest
solution. I just wish and pray that I would always find these great people. “Whit” solution was to
have “Wooten” to come work for him at his store. This way, “Wooten” could always have a
people relationship with the customers and he could greet them with his calm, cheerful and a
bright smile greeting like “Hello, Welcome to Whit's Store, How are you?”
One procedure to resolve a conflict is called TRIP. Topic of this conflict was “Wooten”
getting fired because he is a people person, who loved people and will do anything to assist
regardless of consequences. Relationship was very good with all the people that he came in
contact with. There was a good relationship with the store owner and it's employees. There was
was no bad feelings between “Whit,” “Wooten,” and the “Boss.” The relationship with his …show more content…
Without going deep into his mindset. I am beginning to
wonder how his previous people relationships had affected his latest episodes of not being able to hold a job either by being fired or quitting a job.
I had the pleasure of working and dealing with numerious of people in a supervisory role.
After further review, these people are really nice, kindest and genuine, within their heart, and will do anything for you. They are usually alone and do not love themselves. Depending on how
I was counciling or was going to let them go, I will try to let them know that they are not alone.
My scriptural verse that I use to give me support, 1 John 4:18 (KJV), “There is no fear in love;
but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” I would highly recommend the radio show, Adventure of Odssey. This show is for the
youth, but the adults can enjoy the show, too. There are always excellent stories that always end
with summary with a referenced on how we can use show in our everyday experince of being a
Christian. The show also gives a verse from the bible to be use and help start a conversation with
your love ones and
