Which Is Fairer to People?

Nowadays, people are willing to discuss which type of form of government is fairer to people. I really do not think there is an absolutely best form out of these three: dictatorship, socialism, and democracy. Every coin has two sides. In the same way, each form of government has both advantages and disadvantages.
Dictatorship is an extreme management, which means political authority is monopolized by a single person or political entity, and exercised through various oppressive mechanisms. Because dictatorship is power without supervision, it may cause corruption. Dictatorship is sure to harm the interests of the people and does not comply with the human rights requirements; everyone should have the right to choose their own. Therefore, some people will argue that democracy is better than dictatorship. Because people have rights to choose what they want to choose, such as who is the leader of the government. Indeed, democracy is the only ways of that the achievements of development can really share with people and is the best weapon against corruption.
However, there is a fact we cannot ignore that both dictatorship and democracy, in essence, are means of humans managing political life. Democracy is not a purpose but a means and is used to maintain people’s happy lives. The reason why many people advocate democracy is because they do not want their own rights by any human occupation, and they expect everyone who lives in the same society has equal rights. But from another point of view, democracy is not always so positive. In some special occasions, democracy will become an economic development obstacle, but the dictatorship will bring efficiency.
The simplest comparison is the achievements of China and India. For example, building a road in India is very difficult, because each social organization expresses their opinions about the road, and the government then has to hold a large number of hearings.
