What Is Triantafyllo And Her Roses?
This is the tale of a goddess named Triantafyllo and her roses. Soon after the Iron Age Triantafyllo started to get curious on what the humans were up to. She had started to watch these inferior beings from up above for centuries and couldn’t help but take a fancy to the flowers. Her intentions on Earth were pure; to create and plant a brand new flower. She begged and pleaded her mother and father to let her join the mortals just for a little while, she promised she wouldn’t make a fuss and no one would suspect she was a goddess. Her mother and father do not like drawing attention; they are a humble pair. Finally on her 1,500th birthday she got to go to Earth. Triantafyllo is eager as ever to leap into their world and enjoy their customs. She landed in Amazon where the …show more content…
The next day they headed back home, and parted ways for he had to tell his family he had returned. So, Triantafyllo wandered aimlessly around town; looking at all the buildings, admiring the art, and watching a few plays. She decided it is time to rest and searched for Jason. She found Jason laughing and smiling as always and he had something in his hand. A rose. Her eyes widen, why would he pick one of my beauties? She continues to observe him from a distance. There was never angle where she could see the other person without being caught, until Jason leaned down; she thought now is her chance. What she saw was utterly heartbreaking; Jason was kissing another woman and the rose was now in her hand. How dare he?! She was full of rage and that rage fueled her to reveal herself for what she truly is. With haste she began to tower over Jason and the stranger. “How dare you betray me!
