In Part II, as the time increases the absorbance increases very fast. At 420 seconds the absorbance slowly increases (figure 1). In this lab the solution contains BAPNA (protein) and trypsin (enzyme that breaks down protein) and the pH is the same as the pH of the small intestine. Therefore, as the time increases the trypsin breaks down the BAPNA, this means that during 0 sec to 390 secs the absorbance is increasing faster because there is more protein present that light can absorb and at 440 secs to 600 secs there is less protein that’s why the absorbance is slowly increasing. When it comes to human body, Trypsin (proteolytic enzyme) are produced in the pancreas. The digestion of protein starts in the stomach and it goes to the small intestine

    There is always a question about which program is better; Is it the associate’s degree in nursing program provided by community colleges or the baccalaureate of science in nursing program provided by colleges and universities?
