What Is Scout's Relationship In To Kill A Mockingbird
Scout is just a young child trying to be involved in everything she can. Over the summer scout makes a new freind names Dill. Her best friend is her brother Jem they do everything together. She is an out gowing girl she does everything that the boys do. Scout likes to tag along and be were everybody else is. Scout also likes to see what her father is doing all the time. She really never leaves her dad side either. Like scout I always wanted to be where ever my dad was, even if it was working on his car. Throughtout the plot of To Kill a Mockingbird, Scout learns to always respect her father. In the begining of the story Scout would alway imagine seeing Boo. She would stare down at the house and just wait for him to come outside. Scout , Jem , and Dill wanted to see how close they would each come to the Radley’s house. Scout got into a tire and Jem pushed her down the hill towards the Radley’s place. She got all they way to the porch and heard laughing. She knew it was from Boo but she didnt want to tell the boys. Jem wanted to go look through the window if the house but scout didnt like that idea. “The back of the Radley house was less inviting than the front.” Scout and Jem would always walk down by the Radley house. The dsicovered a tree that had gifts in it . The tree had a watch , a metal, and some soap figures etc. …show more content…
When she was finished with that show she couldnt find any of her clothes so she had to walk home in her ham suit. While they were walkign they were attacked and Jem got hurt. Scout seen someone carrying jem home so she ran towards them . Scout got home and Jem was laying the sleeping. Scout finally relized who brought Jem home. She finally got to meet Boo Radley. As she swung with him for awhile she decided to walk him home. While scout was on the Radley porch she new she didnt have to be in Boo shoes to fell his pain , she just needed to stand on his

    Boo was locked up in the bottom of the courthouse for awhile because of this but after he came home no one ever saw him. Another reason the kids will never see him are the kids are too scared of him. Jem and Scout claim that there is a malevolent phantom living in the house otherwise known as Boo Radley.     Boo Radley is one of the most important characters in the story. “Hey Boo,” (Lee, 362). This is the first chapter where you actually meet Boo. He is standing in the corner of Jem’s room when Jem broke his elbow. Everybody thinks Boo is this really scary person. They call him Boo because he’s like a ghost. His real name is Arthur Radley. Scout and Jems maturation process is facilitated by how they handle and overcome their fear of Boo Radley, the towns “boogey man”. When Miss Maudie’s house flamed up Scout and Jem stood by the Radley fence, throughout the night someone came and covered Scouts back with a blanket; it was Boo Radley. That was the first night that Jem started to realize Boo is as pure as a mockingbird, just misunderstood. (Scout, p.276) took place, it showed insight to a deeper level of thinking that the kids had developed- metaphoric understanding. Jem knew they were wrong about Boo when Boo had stitched up his pants leaving them on the fence for Jem to find and when he did, he cried an emotional silent cry of remorse for they had contributed to the ridicule Boo endured.
