Miss Strangeworth’s character can be analized by considering what she does. For example she is cheerful. This is because she goes around and says hey to everybody and they usually say it back.in addition she is cheerful because she comments on how it’s a nice day and how it’s a fragrant summer day. Also as she walks down the road she ask everybody how their day is going. To me that seems pretty nice for somebody to do that. Another reason she is cheerful is because she tries to help people and what they are doing. To me it’s a good sign when she walks into the store everybody turns around and greets her. That is the narrator thinks she is obnoxious. The narrator thinks this because when she want’s to give help she does it like the people are doing something wrong. Like she told helen crane that her child “she is going to grow up expecting luxurious” to me that was rude. In addition she also said” people seem disturbed” to me it seems like everybody has had enough of her. They probably are getting annoyed at her. Also she would time her walk to the post office just so that nobody would see her put letters into the mailbox. To me that was interesting that she would do that.
