Historians have said that the basic concept of individual identity has come from the Renaissance time. The two documents B and D are the most significant to the development of the current worldviews about individual identity. Documents B and D display the topics on literature and anatomy. The Renaissance view of individual identity still affects us today because now our knowledge about certain areas of work are more in depth. We are also able to make more discoveries thanks to early realizations.
Experts say that the modern concept of individual identity came from the origin of the Renaissance. In document B it displays literature about the Medieval and Renaissance times. In Medieval times the people believed that you should be careful about what you do and how you act throughout your present-day life as it will later decide where you go in your afterlife. In the Medieval Ages people believed that if you were good then you’d go to Heaven and if you were bad you’d go to Hell. Although during the Renaissance times, the people more admired themselves during their current life.
