What Is Affective Conflict Resolution
I think affective conflict would be the most hard to overcome between a physician and myself. In general, it is hard for people to overcome their feelings in order to reach a solution, which is why this form of conflict would be the hardest. If this conflict did occur between a physician, and myself I believe that I would be the one that would have to put my thoughts and feelings aside in order to appease the physician. It would take a great deal of time and resolution for me to do this, but I know it is the only way to resolve this conflict. I strongly believe that if a physician was the one with the incompatible feelings, they would not change their mindset; it would have to be the subordinate.
