Ethics is a very broad term because it can have many meanings; it just depends on the person that is defining it. Many different questions are asked when it comes to the term ethics; What is ethics? How do you define ethics? What does ethics mean to me? These questions can be answered by research or by life experience with friends and family. A lot of your own personal attributes become what they are by your own life experience and you learn to have your own moral beliefs about ethics. As we go on throughout our lives ethics becomes a very important tool that you can use in your life to decide your beliefs and your own path. Ethics is a branch of philosophy and is also known as moral philosophy, although many do not agree. Ethics, or moral philosophy, asks basic questions about the good life, about what is better and worse, about whether there is any objective right and wrong, and how we know it if there is (Mackinnon, 2012). We assume that ethics primary objective in our lives is to help us as humans decode what is good or bad right in front of us and in some generals ways or with a regard to a particular ethical issues.
