What Caused The Great Depression
WHY DID THE GREATEST DEPRESSION LAST FOR SO LONG AND WHAT CONTRIBUTED TO ITS END. The term “Great Depression” is made reference to the substantial, long lasting and the great terrible Global downfall of the economy or the period when the world faced a disturbing financial depression in the 21st century (1930s). Speaking of this gloominess, the date it occurred in most states is diverse but in most countries it started in 1929 and came to an end during the 1930s. This great depression is the most important cause of the drop down global GDP (Gross Domestic Product) by 15% and the Gross Domestic Product is the financial cost of all the finalized commodities and services manufactured within a country’s borders in a particular time period

The companies too were economically unsuccessful due to this depression and they were scared to employ workers because they also had very little resources that they wont be able to pay every worker perfectly. The unemployment rate arises to 25% and in some countries it raised as high as 33% and the Cities all around the world were badly influenced. In 1930, 4 million of Americans existence became a living hell and they started to transfer to California in order to seek for jobs and shelter but they could not find it. The following year the rate of the unemployed rose to 6 million but the manufacturing development has already collapsed by half at that moment and the rate of unemployment kept on elevating year by year. Employment insurance was also made present just to make sure your job is not intimidated by anything and this means no matter what happens again the Job is yours to keep as long as you live. The new deal also brought international trade back in track, as there was association and unionization among employers from and outside the same working places. Numerous of these programs are still operating in the world presently and their main aim is to protect the Economy from being exploited.
