Housing animals in human care have been a serious dilemma for our public. The views on this differs with everyone. One view is the animals should not be under human care and should be in their natural environment. While others believe that animals in human care with the correct rules and regulation then it is not a problem. Animals in human care can be for zoos, aquariums, and even the domestic pets living with individuals. Any dilemma within the society will have pros and cons such as housing animals in human care. I do not oppose to humans housing animals if rules and regulations are respected. There are numerous pros of housing animals in human care. Having the animals in the public creates interest of these animals which is a substantial method to educate the public. Once the public is educated on the animal this cause for an emotional bond with the creatures which aids in conservation. Zoos and aquariums can house animals for various conservation approaches. Animals in human care can cause stress on the animals from the human encounter which could be the public viewing the creature or the professionals tending to them. The stress of the animals also comes from them not found in their natural environments. If the animals instinct is to be in a group or packs this will cause additional anxiety because in human care they are typically not in packs because of constraints on the organizations. Some views are animals in human care only for the entertainment of humans. Another con would be outbreak of viruses and dieses when countless animals are located at the same facility.
