What Are The Key Issues For Wells Fargo Turnover Rate
Key issues for Wells Fargo’s turnover rate would be high pressure and low paying jobs. The company relentlessly was adding pressure on low-level bank employees to open multiple accounts per customer. This practice came from the head of the retail bank division who reported directly to the CEO. The head of the retail bank division did not allow her subordinates to provide sales information to top corporate officers, which defiantly would have sent red flags. Turnover in that division reached at least 30% every month from 2011-2015, and 41% through most of 2012 within the Los Angeles region and others. Managers complained about the extreme pressure because management would call several times a day to check on sales performance. In
