What Are The Differences In The American Education System
Schooling System American vs. Pakistan Education plays a very important role in everyone's life and it also prepares children for the brighter future. Every country has different schooling system and the quality and importance are different throughout the world. American has strongest schooling system in the world. They are more advanced and different from the rest of the world. On the other hand, the schooling system in Pakistan is adopted from colonial authorities and it's old and backward. They still use the old method of teaching. That's way the literacy rate in Pakistan is higher than compared to other countries. However, every schooling system has some similarities and differences. Here are three major differences in American and Pakistan schooling system.
American schooling system is divided in three levels. Elementary school, middle school and high school. Elementary school may start at the age of Five and high school would end up at the age of 17. After, graduating from high school American students may go to college or university. College or university study known as higher education. In contrast, in Pakistan education is being provided in five levels. Primary education, middle school, secondary school, higher secondary school, and post-secondary education. In America 20-30 students per teacher in the class. Teachers can focus on each and every student, and they know students by their names. The classes are interesting and informative and teachers encourage the students to think out of the box and participate in class discussions. In contrast, in Pakistan, the size of the class has always been an issue. There are school, where 90 students in one class. In this situation, it’s so hard for the teachers to focus on each students. Most of the time, there is not even enough space for all the students to sit. It’s hard for the teachers to manage the class, and they don’t teach them new
