Welcome Meeting
Let’s start this meeting with a quote from Henry Ford “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together success” (cited from Henry Ford’s quotes on teamwork). We have worked together for a while, and together accomplished many things and this in itself is a reward. In order to achieve are task it is necessary for each person to be an active participant. Welcoming your opinions as well as your ideas can only improve work performance.
It is a person duty to have effective communication. When communicating the information it has to be understood in a manner that is well structured. As a supervisor it is important to note that your employees could view your instructions differently then you gave them. (“In chapter 6: Communicating”2007) it says it is essential to designate instructions to as many persons as possible to ensure proper interpretation.
Your team will work so much more effective if the goals you want to reach are thoroughly explained. Each person should be made aware of the goals you need to accomplish and, they should understand the definition of the ability to meet the goal and what part they will play in it. Individuals will be pick will be picked will be well thought of. The people that chosen are people not just to make requirement, but are capable of holding a key position that will help accomplish the goal.
These persons will also know how to reveal their opinions as well as their ideas this could benefit the whole team. Individuals made to avoid bias opinions when hearing the ideas that will be presented. A commitment from each team member has to take place in order to achieve are goal. The needs of the client or patients usually the goal we want to achieve (Cheesebro, O’Connor, and Rios, 2010).
