We focus on free cash flows rather than accounting profits because these are the flows that the firm receives and can reinvest. Only by examining cash flows are we able to correctly analyze the timing of the benefit or cost. Also, we are only interested in these cash flows on an after tax basis as only those flows are available to the shareholder. In addition, it is only the incremental cash flows that interest us, because, looking at the project from the point of the company as a whole, the incremental cash flows are the marginal benefits from the project and, as such, are the increased value to the firm from accepting the project.…

After reviewing the results of the survey given to the employees, it became apparent that the degree in which the questions were answered did not yield a clear enough understanding to why so many employees were dissatisfied and left the company. The questions were administered using a survey and handed out along with pay statements to everyone within the study criteria. The survey used was developed to provide data regarding the overall work environment and its affect on the level of satisfaction. The answers were to be measured from employee responses. Unfortunately, the amount of participation needed was not obtained and the survey did not produce useful findings. Some of the information needed was not asked in the survey questions, errors were made when keying the information into the spreadsheet, and the response rate was astonishingly low at 17.3 percent.…

This disorder is characterized in varying degrees, by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 1 in 68 children are diagnosed as being on the spectrum, with boys being four to five times more likely to be diagnosed with autism than girls. As there is no cure for autism, research is on-going to help children and families to decrease the negative effects autism has on those with the diagnoses and this includes studies on medications. As with any statistical research study, there are going to be limitations.
