Ways to Relieve Stress
Ways to Relieve Stress

People nowadays are dealing with their problem that causes stress. Stress that cause easiness, irritability, depression and sometimes stress can cause disease and mental problems. So as for all of us, here are some tips to relieve stress.

First, reserve a little time just for yourself, leave all your things in your mind and learn to relax. Thinking your problems will not help you to solve it instead, it will just give you stress and headache. And giving yourself a little time will help you lessen your stress and control yourself to breakdown.

Second, take laughter therapy. Laughter is the best medicine because according to doctors, laughter releases endorphins that improve our mood and decrease levels of the stress-causing hormones cortisol and adrenaline which means if you take this therapy, it has the possibility to completely destroy the things that bothers you and you can do all things without hesitating to do it.

Third, sleep well. Lack of sleep is one of the causes of stress because lack of sleep will cause brain and body to be exhausted and not to function well. So sleeping is one way to reduce stress because we all know that sleeping will help you to completely lose your stress.

Stress can stop you from doing everything and it may result to breakdown if we didn't prevent it so as guidance we should follow this quotation that I really like, “Everyday reserve a little time just for yourself”. I think this really fits to everyone of us who is experiencing stress. We can do it if we are responsible and it was also for our own good.
