Thesis/Central Idea: I believe taking a walk is the perfect stress reliever.

A. Attention Getter: According to the American Institute of Stress, 75% of all doctors visits are from stress related disorders.
B. Thesis: I believe taking a walk is the perfect stress reliever.
C. Overview: Walking is a versitile activity because you can walk anywhere, with anyone and at any activity level.

II. BODY
A. You can be almost anywhere and take a walk.
1. You can walk outside.
2. If the weather does not cooperate, you can walk inside.

TRANSITION: Once you decide where you want to walk, you can decide who to walk with.

B. You can walk alone or you can walk with a friend.
