Are you good at video games? Do you agree that is should be a actual sport? If yes, Then you agree that video games should be a sport.. When playing timed puzzle games it will increase the players focus.

Gaming involes a lot of things like, eye hand cordination, muscle memory, focus, and teamwork.

A lot of people Think this shouldn't be a sport because you're sitting on a couch or a chair. yet there are motion sensor devices that can track your moves, and it even works on a lot of games.

Products like 2k 16 and EA sports games, can be a sports activity for sports gamers, and can compete in a world wide ranked competition.

Technology like those can help watch what you eat, so you can acheive your goal by losing pounds. Also, if you're going for a walk you can play on a mobile device and at the same time and watch where you're going for safety.

Many say that games shouldn't be a sport because it's boring and you just sit on a couch and not moving any muscle. Theres a lot of moving, you're your thumbs if your just playing a regular game. and if you're playing a Kinect game, your moving your body and legs. Video games are not boring, unless your just playing a game that doesnt fit your style.
