This unit aims to enable learners to understand the different psychological approaches that can be used when studying and in particular how these can be used to study health and social care.

You are working in a doctor’s surgery as part of your work experience, and have been asked to create an information leaflet informing patients and their family/carers about the principle psychological perspectives and the assessment of the different psychological approaches

    My knowledge, development, skills and understanding has made a difference to the staff in my placement because my experiences have crafted me to become nearly as proficient as a health care professional which may have given an opportunity to the employees that there is an extra hand available.
