From initial implementation, go live date will be scheduled between 3 to 6 months.
This is subject to change if negative user feedback does not decrease by 75% from the initial starting point.
In order to implement SAP in UCF’s Vermont plant while avoiding the problems that occurred during implementation at prior sites, we decided that overhauling the training program, improving and increasing the communication efforts throughout the division, and adjusting the existing model of adoption were the three keys to success.
