Types of Communication:
There are many types of communication to deliver a message effectively to one another depending on an individual’s needs. Some of these are named as Verbal communication, Non Verbal communication, and British Sign Language.
Verbal communication refers to the main form of communication between individuals – it uses the spoken language to convey a message. The use of tone, pauses and emphasis when conveying a message can be used by the deliverer to intensify the spoken word. Non Verbal communication means communicating without the use of the spoken word – it can be used by individuals with sensory or learning difficulties. It is a type of communication which revolves around sending messages using body language, facial expressions, and gestures. British Sign Language is a visual way of communicating with those who have hearing and learning difficulties. It uses hand gestures and body language such as the posture of body to express meanings. Barriers to Communication:
Distraction is one of the barriers in a verbal communication which makes the conversation less effective. The use of spoken language is another barrier in a verbal conversation. For instance, if a doctor is having a conversation with his or her patient, he may use technical words which are hard to understand when conveying a message. In situations like this the patient will feel a sense of confusion if the technical words are not explained by his or her doctor.
Since a non verbal communication can be used by individuals with learning difficulties, having developmental disorders and brain dysfunction can be challenging and create a barrier during a conversation. The use of body language in a non verbal communication can also cause a barrier in a conversation. Negative body language such as arm folding and rolling eyes, slouching and not having eye contact with the person opposite causes the communication process to fail. This causes the conversation to be less effective and gives the message that the individual is not interested.

The mitochondria also help in building certain parts of blood and hormones like testosterone and estrogen.
The liver cells mitochondria have enzymes that detoxify ammonia.
The mitochondria also play important role in the process of apoptosis or programmed cell death.
