Don’t let words bully you
After watching and reading all the stuff i'm supposed to, I can now identify the theme. I think the theme of everything I just looked at is don't let words bully you and bring you down. I know this is the theme because of these reasons. In the story, “Tuesday of the other June” by Norma Fox Mazer the theme of the story is don't become the bully when you're being bullied. The main character/narrator is being bullied by a girl with her same name, June. Yet June wanted to get back at her bully, she didn't; Because she knew that's wrong. June would always remember what her mom would say, “Turn the other cheek my Junie; smile at the world, and the world’ll surely smile back.” This shows that even though June wanted to say some hurtful words to the other June, she didn't want to be marked as a bully from everyone around her.
In the picture, I think the theme of it is that don't show people that they’re bothering you, try and ignore them, the hateful words. For example, in the picture the boy was facing away from the kids that were pointing and laughing at him. This shows that the boy was trying to ignore the bullies at the best of his abilities by facing away from them for they won’t see how he reacts to what they’re doing to him. {Most bullies like to see people’s reactions to how you bully them, …show more content…
Just ignore those hateful words people say about you and ignore the haters. This claim/theme could tie to the real world by when people are being mean to you and saying things about you, just ignore them as said in my theme, because their words don't matter. If your friend says those words, they're not your friend, but don't become the bully. Laugh along with the words they say because they will get bored because your laughing along with them. Just because you are diffrent then them, doesn't mean you get to be bullied by just
