Tudent Should Be Penalized for Missing Classes.
1.Future work career
Some students believe that to have more chances and to be competed with others student in future job career, they should have job while they are studying. It is true. In this case, when they graduate, they will have more experiences and chances to get a high paid job than other students who wait until they finish their degree. In some countries like mine (Cambodia), work will affect their study. For those who have job while they are student, they will busy with work. Sometime they have some problems with their work and they have stress and they feel tired, so they would not want to come to study that make them missing class. Sometime they haven"t finish their work, so they take more time to do it, then they will miss some classes. Is it wrong for the action that we (student) should be penalized for missing classes? It is impossible. We should not be punished because we only make an effort for our future career and ourselves. If you wait until you finish your degree to get job, then you will be hard to get a high paid job, but for those students I mentioned will get that position.

2.Family difficulty
Students will be forced by their circumstances to find a job for earning money to support their family. Let me give example one of my friends: His family is very poor, so being an oldest brother in the family he tried very hard not only for study, but also for finding money. He has a job as a part time job in one pub. More than that, he help her mum selling flower in the street to find more extra money, so sometime he miss classes at school. Should school penalize him for not attending the class while he tries so hard to support his family? He does for the sake of the family and himself. He is also not giving up school. We should not be penalized him, but we should pity him and give him some support to their family.

3.Talented students

In this world, there are talented students in different skills. For those students, they always want to

In order for you to begin to become multi-talented and skilled, you must understand the mindset of those who are overachievers. Alexandra Robbins wrote a book entitled The Overachievers: The Secret Lives of Driven Kids where she lays out the negative aspects of high school students whose lives are driven by perfect GPAs and the pressures of students today. Although the book is well written, it represents a very small number of students in American society. The truth is that overachieving students and adults are rare. If they were common, they would not be called…

Philosophies in education may vary from school to school and teacher to teacher. Through the years, there have been vast changes in technology, values, and ideals. In this paper, my educational philosophy and rationale for that philosophy will be explained. Based on my belief statements from module one, I will include my mission statement as an educator. I will also describe my own educational philosophy as it relates to metaphysics, epistemology, axiology, and logic. “Let the wise listen and add to their learning and let the discerning get guidance.”(Prov.1:5) With God's will, I believe I can be a teacher. I know I will be a teacher and guidance. Next to Google we are the next information source to the learners. Throughout my life people have said to me, “Sergio, you would be a cool teacher.” And I tell them, “It's not about being a cool teacher, it's about trying to make an impact to one student at least per day.” I will be that teacher. Just as I was inspired a by my 8th grade art teacher Mr. Villanueva, I want to deliver the same experience to a student. He helped me believe in myself and taught me that I can become anything I wanted to be. And just like Mr. Leija, teacher of the year in Texas’ said; Mr. Villanueva utter me the same words, “Dream Big,” (Leija, 2013.) viejo. He always expressed his sincerity and his love towards his teaching when he would call us by "viejo", a term of endearment. He taught me art very well, and when it came to learn how to draw perspectives, he was moved by my God given talent, and proceeded to teach me even further and encourage me to pursue drafting architecture or engineering. I did. We don't know what each student’s talent or passion may be, but if we don't give them the guidance and communicate with them in a positive way, support them or challenge them, then they might not stand to reach their full potential. They must feel confident and be able to say, “I am somebody.” (Vernosh, 2013.) We must step up and assist them with determination to guarantee the student satisfaction in what he or she is learning. I will be concentrating in secondary math in the San Antonio-Austin region. I feel this is a time when I can funnel their dreams into passions and boost their self-esteem. Creativeness runs in my blood stream, so I will…

“Teachers have a lot to do with their students ' motivational level. A student may arrive in class with a certain degree of motivation. But the teacher 's behavior and teaching style, the structure of the course, the nature of the assignments and informal interactions with students all have a large effect on student motivation”(Wirth, 2007). Students may have the will to learn but it’s up to the teachers to help motivate them. Students have to be willing to motivate themselves too.…

As with any profession, there are many obstacles a teacher can face in terms of professionalism, behaviors of the students and motivational strategies. However, it is important to achieve a positive and productive learning environment by implementing solutions to benefit that of the students and teacher equally. The process of how an individual learns is based on the theories surrounding behaviorism, conditioning, modeling and self regulation. Students can be problematic if proper resolutions aren’t put in place when a dilemma arises. There is a great emphasis on the importance and relevance in motivating the students in the classroom. Without the knowledge of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation and what drives students to learn, teachers may not know what inspires or how to encourage students to work to the best of their ability.…

This has been a highly debated topic all over the world. With education now becoming more costly day by day it has become difficult for people to pay for their education. Unlike in the past students now days have a higher scope in various different fields. Turning to the economic aspect of present leading nations, instability is on the rise, therefore leading to parents not being able to pay for their children’s education and the children/students having to work. As we know that in countries like the United States of America children are trained and expected to work after the age of eighteen. I fully believe and am for students working and studying at the same time. While studying and working the student now learns the value of money and education. The two most important factors which a student must understand. When a student goes to get a job while he is studying, he probably does not get a job which pays him a lot but he learns to struggle and realizes the importance of education. This leads to him studying as he now would not want to an average student as he knows where he could land up. Also with the student working he will now not waste money chemicals or any other substance abuse, in fact he will think twice before spending even a dollar because he now knows how difficult it is to earn a dollar. Also now when the when student is bored is can switch from learning to working, not only for money but this also broadens his scope in the field of work. It is also proven that many people who just work to pay their university fees land up changing their profession or what they want to pursue as they suddenly realise that their interests lie in something very different from their current. The practice is a good way to fix the students’ knowledge’s. Many students now try getting jobs related to their field, this way the get on job experience of their subject and can also use the information they gain while working in their university, like a student studying hotel…
