I have been made aware of your plan to build a beneficial facility for young people in Chino Hills. Please read the following letter that will explain to you that building a youth activity center would be most beneficial to our wonderful city. Many may say that no one would come to the James Larson Youth Activity Center because of its membership fees, but any child who cannot afford the fee because financial problems in their family can submit their information and will be able to attend the facility. All the membership fees collected from the facility will go towards the facility itself, and to pay for certified workers. A few reasons the youth activity center should be built are, the center will be a great place for students to get tutored afterschool, in the long run, improving their state-standardized testing scores, building the James Larson Youth Activity center will also be a great place for youth to get involved in their community, volunteering all around the Chino/Chino Hills area, and finally, the James Larson Youth Activity Center will have many facilities and a variety of activities for youth to participate in, preventing them otherwise spending their time elsewhere, getting into trouble.…

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney is my choice by far compared to our last president. Romney would be my choice for these reasons: his coal support, his Christian ideas for America, and his plan for lowering gas prices for our country. Romney has continually seen what things need to be done and how to do them to make our country strive. President Obama’ s plan has been attempted but not successful in anyway. We are in a bigger debt now than when he came into office. Obama care is okay for the upper and middle class, but if you make between 20 and 35 thousand dollars a year you have to pay for the healthcare some how.…

The differences between the two are persuasion is to get another person to see you way and change their own view on the subject. An informative speech is to teach and educate another person about a specific topic. For an example, an informative speech about cheerios would tell you how the product was made and where it comes from. Where a persuasive speech about Cheerios would tell you why you should eat them instead of say Rice Crispies. Persuasive speeches are use more by politicians, salesperson, and lawyers because their role is to get you to think their way is the right way. An informative speech is for say teachers, professors, counselors, mentors because their roles are to teach and educate you on a subject not change your views. The informational speech does not lead your listeners towards a conclusion as the persuasive speech does.…
