Travelling is kind of Education Lae
Travelling is kind of Education
Education believes that travelling gives students an opportunity to think and explore for them what the world is about. World now a days use travelling to promote education and there is no measurement system to gauge a person’s learning scale because each is unique in their own way. Traveling has become an inseparable part of modern living. We travel for business, for sight-seeing and for necessity. Travel makes a man perfect though we all knew nobody is perfect. Travelling refines our knowledge gained from books. Whenever we gained some information from a particular book, we often try to imagine those things that we read and then later on we would want to travel to different places to try those things and ideas that we just read from a book. Ideas strike root in the heart we do things we love and part of it is travelling. Travelling make us feel whole and new. Try to imagine a man at the top of a mountain, he realizes the littleness of his own self and he feels the pettiness of human quarrels and conflicts, and a sense of realization raises him to a higher level. Beyond this and above all is enjoyment, which is the main business of both travel and education to increase as they can. Travelling makes we realize those things that Education cannot. Believe it or not youths now days will pick travelling than Education. When as a matter of factly we can pick both. Youths are more aggressive than we expect them to be and even I would pick some thrill than something boring and plain. Why will I stick to something old when something new and educative is waiting for me? But because Education is important professionals today are acknowledging and raising some Educational tours like Fieldtrips and Seminars to make youths more interested in the way that they will also be benefited to the Education and Information that they will gather throughout the tour. This kind of learning experience is like a breath of fresh air when compared to the harsh learning techniques that are used in most schools and colleges where training to be a doctor or an engineer or as for me a Media Practitioner starts at class 6 years old only. Children should be given a chance to learn, in the true sense of the word and our country will have a lot more to boast about now like how we did about our wonderful ancient culture. Travel is necessary, and fatal to narrow-mindedness, opinionatedness, and hate. Travel is required in order to open your mind. Never remain in one small corner of the world all your life. In order to be, you must do. All great things start from that one adventure, that one dream, that one idea, and that one step. To adventure is to find you whole. To adventure is to have a story at the end of all of this. The places you see, the things you make and the people you meet will fuel you forever. Choose to see beauty where others see none. And strive for greatness always. The world want to inspire you to do more, to be more and to feel good lost and to explore always. Travel will leave you speechless then turns you into a storyteller. You’ll share every bit of your experiences into someone inexperienced and therefore they’ll be educated about something they might not know until you told them. In order to be educated we observe and research. “A traveler without observation is a bird without wings.” Says Moslih Eddin Saadi. How will you be educated when you’ll not observe the things and the places that surround you? How will you know if you’ll not be educated? The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page. Traveling is an important way to gain knowledge and acquire education. It gives the firsthand knowledge to the traveler and the books give the second hand knowledge. Bookish knowledge be obtained from reading books and practical knowledge can be gathered from traveling. It makes history real. It’s one thing to read about an event in history or a monument. It’s another to experience it, to see it, to touch it. That is the education in and of it. There is no substitute for travel. Curiously enough, our own life is a journey, out of one room into another and on beyond the room of death into bright new world.

"Traveling is a fool's paradise," Ralph Waldo Emerson said. "I have no cranky objection to world travel for the purposes of art, of study, and goodwill, as long as the individual is first domesticated, or doesn't go abroad with the hope of finding something greater that what he knows. He who travels to be amused, or to get something he doesn't have within, travels away from himself…" While Emerson's comments may seem extreme to those who enjoy the occasional trip for leisure, he makes an important point regarding the value of travel from both a scholarly and personal standpoint. Studying abroad fulfills what Emerson sees as the deeper purpose of travel, which I realized last fall semester when I studied abroad at the University of…

    - Travelling unravels the beauties and beasts of an unfamiliar world. It’s a kaleidoscopic adventure with a spectrum of colours. Whether you are letting your palate choose your destination or your unquenchable thirst for adrenaline, it is always an experience that awakens our inner child by offering us new, “first-time” experiences. Ask anyone, and they’ll tell you that the best time they ever had in their life was the trip they took right after graduating from college (if they were lucky enough). I can’t stress enough how important I feel it is for more young people, who have sufficient funds of course, to travel and see the world around them. Start thinking outside the norm a little bit, get out of your comfort zones and start exploring!…

One of the main purposes of travel is to gain experiences that allow us to grow and develop as individuals and it is important that people travel the way that bests suits them at a particular time. For example, I like to go on adventure holidays and this invariably includes a small group and expert guide, and I frequently participate in writing retreats around the world with like-minded people. However for me, the real joy of travelling has always been to take off on my own and just 'see' what comes along the way. Of course this can sometimes be fraught with frustrations, difficulties and even dangers.…

The primary objective and intent of the school in conducting field trips is to awaken intelligence in the educator and the student. This has to be kept in the forefront of all activities in the school academic or otherwise both at the time of design and at the time of implementation of such activities. Although we do not have a blueprint of how to awaken this intelligence, we do know that one of the important factors required is an attentive state of mind. We also know that this attentive state of mind cannot be forced, ordered or planned. It can come into being under certain conditions—when fear is absent, when there is the joy of discovery, when the mind has the quality of quietness and is not preoccupied with achieving an objective or end. Educational trip that form a part of the school curriculum are very valuable as they provide the students the opportunity of learning through travel, especially to places that they may not otherwise get to visit. Apart from this, the trips also provide relief from the drudgery that academic study sometimes becomes, an opportunity for close interaction with peers that students enjoy so much, and a chance for the teachers to observe and interact with the students in a structure different from and more informal than the classroom.…
