Hyderabad is the capital and largest city of the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The Hyderabad city is twinned with Secunderabad which is separated by Hussain sagar. Religiously and culturally, the city is united with Hindus, Muslims and Christians. Hyderabad was historically known as City of Pearls. It has a variety of tourist attractions, which include Heritage monuments, Lakes and Parks, Gardens and Museums. Hyderabad has many national heritage sites like charminar, Golconda fort, salar Jung museum, chow mohallah palace, Hussain Sagar Lake, Ramoji film city etc. Apart from its cultural and historical heritage, it is also well known for its delightful cuisines. Hyderabad is the second capital for IT services after Bangalore in India. Everything has its own positive and negative sides. Hyderabad too has a negative side. It is centre for many regional and religion disputes due to lack of proper leadership. Like every other developing city or country in the world, Hyderabad too has a terrorist threat which is affecting the development of the city. Considering all the above factors, it is the responsibility of the people to make Hyderabad a better place to live.

    Growing up in one of the world’s most Heritage-abundant city - Hyderabad, its native Architecture style fascinated me. For Instance, the Golconda Fort which was built in the 13th century. I was amazed at the modern acoustic system, which was so designed that a hand clap made at the Entrance gate of the fort could be heard right up in the citadel alerting others of any unseen danger. The clever architectural plan also allowed uninterrupted supply of water throughout the year. Though I have not had an opportunity to visit magnificent cities like Paris, New york, London etc, I wish to visit countries across the World and experience various cultures and architecture styles.
