1. What do you already know, or think you know, about Judaism, Christianity, and Islam?
Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are the world's three major monotheistic religions.(common roots)

2. In what parts of the world are Judaism, Christianity, and Islam dominant today?
Christianity dominants mostly North and South America, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Australia.
Judaism dominants mostly Israel and North America
Islam dominants mostly North Africa, Western and Central Asia, and Indonesia.

3. How are Judaism, Christianity, and Islam related?
They all belong to the same religious family tree. A man named Abraham started the family,

4. How are the stories of Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad alike and different?
Moses, Jesus and Muhammad are alike because they where all prophets.
Moses, Jesus and Muhammad are different because Moses saved Egypt slaves and was given the ten commandments. Jesus was the son of god that died for our sins, and Muhammad received his first revelation from god by Gabriel.

5. After reading these excerpts, how do you think these religions compare?
They all worship one god and the same god.

6. What are the primary differences and similarities among the three religions? Why?
Christianity have Sacraments and resurrection of Jesus.
Islam have Muhammad as a prophet of god and five pillars
Judaism have food taboos
Similarities fasting, commandments, sabbath, afterlife, moses prophet of god, soul, monotheistic.

7. Why are some sites considered sacred in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam?
Judaism ; star of David
Christianity : Roman Cross
Islam : Star and Crescent

8. Why do divisions occur within as well as among the three major monotheistic religions?
Divisions occur because it modernizes the religions.
